Typical business hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
Our lobby and phoneline will be closed from 12:00–1:00pm daily for our lunch period.
Service information: SFS strongly encourages questions to be sent via email to sfs-info@gztianlun.net or by a phone call to 206-281-2061. Our phone lines will remain on during typical business hours and we will be actively responding to emails.
Payments can be made online or through the drop box located outside of SFS (in the stairwell facing Bertona Street) or by delivery to a front line worker in the SFS lobby. SFS prefers online or paper checks for payment.
You may submit documents or forms via mail, fax, or email; please use our form-specific email address, sfs-forms@gztianlun.net, if you are submitting a form via email. If you are sending documents with personalized information such as Social Security Numbers, please note that mail and fax are the safest and preferred options.
Note: To prevent unauthorized access to confidential information, callers who want to discuss a specific student’s account or financial aid will be asked to answer a security question established by the student.
